6/10 Okay

Was a great location and staff was friendly. Just wish they would have told us in advance that the entire street was being ripped apart right outside our window for construction purposes. Just wanted a nice place to sleep and recover from jet lag and that was impossible due to all of the construction noise. Started at 7am with heavy machinery and jack hammers going until 5-6pm.

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags there in the morning, as we had arrived in Zurich off the night train. Room was very comfortable, overlooking a noisy Square, although once we'd closed the window we couldn't hear anything from outside.

Air conditioning! The hotel has air conditioning which was greatly appreciated during a heat wave in Europe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Centrally located in the "old town" and not too far from central train station. Easy access to transit system as well; although, we did not need to use any trams or trains as everything was within a mile of the hotel if you do not mind walking, which allows you to better appreciate the local life.
