This hotel is a gem! We loved the differently themed floors and adored the thoughtful interior design of our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They even offer a pillow menu. The room has blinds and curtains to darken the room entirely and the AC worked very well and was really quiet. We slept through every night and the Nespresso machine was another highlight. Don't miss out on their excellent breakfast! It was delicious and their staff was lovely.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location was right next to the lake, old town, and the Opera House. All in walking distance. The staff were courtious and helpful. They arranged for ride to the airport. The rooms were clean and large; ours had a balcony that we could sit out. The closet and storage shelves were placed to be super useful. There were power outlets with adaptors to charge our phones. Mini bar was filled with free drinks. Nespresso machine was ready with pods as well as a kettle for tea. Bathroom was large with super soft robes and towels. We will definitely reserve this hotel again.
