The staff was rude. Housekeeping banged on my door at 9am and wouldn’t stop until I answered the door. They woke me up. Check out is not till 12pm. They came back at 11am and again banged on my door until I answered. When I checked out I asked the lady at the front desk if this was customary and she replied yes. They start knocking on doors at 8am unless you put the no disturb sign on the door. I did not know that and I have stayed at other locations and this was not done there. I asked her if they have a digital system in place so that they don’t disturb checks that are still in there room. She replied that they do have a system but they don’t use it.

Ayres Suites is great! Room is clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel with 5 stars rating qualities with a 3 stars price. We are very happy with the stay and will come back if we are in Yorba Linda again.

Aw our home away from home, we’ve been staying here for awhile when traveling and it’s always clean, safe and the rooms are nice and big we love the rooms and they also have good breakfast.
