The hot tub was great. The breakfast options were simple but still tasty (that was some crispy bacon!) Accommodations were great, and my cat was pretty happy staying at that hotel. Cons: We had our cat and its luggage so the stairs weren’t very accessible. The parking spots were also kind of tight, and there weren’t too many ramps for the luggage. But feel like these are pretty minor

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. Service was prompt and competent, check-in was seamless, the rooms were mainly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature stayed consistent throughout the suite. We only had a few concerns, which weren’t major. The first was that the couch in the main living space seemed to be very springy and uncomfortable. The second was that one of the bathroom spigots seemed to turn colder on its own as the shower prolonged, much to one of our family member’s irritation. And the last was that we wished there was a dedicated beauty mirror for easier makeup application. As you can see, these are fairly minor critiques in nature, and it shouldn't dissuade someone from potentially avoiding this gem. Highly recommend.

When I started at this hotel, I was pleased with how spacious and clean the room was. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an issue with the cable TV. When I noticed it wasn’t working, I contacted the front desk. They told me they weren’t sure what was going on but that the service should be back soon. However, the TV remained out for the entire night, and I ended up staying up until 2 a.m. with no resolution. By morning, the cable was finally working again, but no one followed up or made an effort to address the issue while I was dealing with it. Because of the lack of responsiveness from staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel despite the otherwise comfortable accommodations.

We stayed at this place for four days and were very happy with the parking, room and breakfast. The location is excellent, safe and quiet; it was right across the street from Whole Foods. There is plenty of parking close to your suite which I liked. The room we had was big, with three TV's that we never turned on, and the rooms were very clean. The staff at the front counter were super nice and took care of the little things that we needed; I washed clothes a few times and the washer/dryers were good. The breakfast I thought was excellent too! Some people may disagree, because it is basic items; eggs, potato's, sausage or bacon but we had little kids, and they loved making the waffles...They also had plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, milk and different breads to choose from. The one lady that managed the breakfast was always out there making sure there was plenty of food and it was hot and tasty...It did not matter whether we got there at 6:45am or 8:50am (right before it closed), she had everything stocked and fresh. I liked the fact that I would show up on occasion a few minutes before the breakfast bar opened and she had the fresh coffee ready, so I did not have to make it in my room! Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she does a great job and with the price of food, that breakfast saved us about $120 per day minimum.

This location is convenient for our orange county trip. The property is clean and the suites have many comfortable amenities that we enjoyed. We did not expect to have access to a lovely kitchen, complete with utensils, plates and glassware. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would love to come back, the next time we visit the area!

We like this property and the rooms are nicely laid out. The only 2 issues are the parking (not enough of it close to our room) and the shower in room 125. The shower head didn't spray right. I tried all the settings. The bathtub drain is extremely slow draining. The water was ankle deep during my shower and took over 30 minutes to completely drain.
