The hotel experience far exceeded my expectations. The fragrance from the entryway was pleasant. The reception staff were very helpful- and views from the reception were stunning. A 16th floor room with an ocean view was absolutely lovely. We would love to stay here again!

台風直撃の日の宿泊でしたが、快適に過ごせました。 チェックイン時に部屋のアップグレードをすすめていただき、横浜の花火が見られる部屋を案内いただきました。 台風で外に出られない場合を考慮して、朝食も予約しました。非常に満足の朝食をいただけました。特に驚いたのが、おかゆ！　人生過去1番で美味しいおかゆでした。他も横浜中華街を意識した料理などもあり満足度が高かったです。 19階からの眺望を楽しみながらの朝食と快適な部屋でまた来たいと思います！ 台風直撃のなか、たぶん総支配人と思う方が朝食の際に拝見いたしました。スタッフの方々含めて、台風の中もサービス提供ありがとうございました。

午前中に到着しでフロントに荷物を預けようとしたのですが、アーリーチェックインが出来るメンバーシップを紹介してくれて大変助かりました 小ぶりですがちょうど良いレストランのスタッフの対応もとても心地よいものでした ただし、初めてでは、入口の場所が分かりにくく近くまで来て迷いました 目印になるセブンイレブンなどの詳しい地図や情報が欲しいと感じました

ツインを利用しました。お部屋は清潔感があり、使いやすい レイアウト、 広い浴室と良い感じです。コンセントもベッドのナイトテーブルの所にあります。ホテル内のレストランとルームダイニングがわりと早い時間に終わりますので、（確か20時30分？）それを当てにしている人は注意が必要です。その時間は、周辺の歩いていける範囲でもそのような施設はないです。1階はセブンイレブンがあり便利です。駐車場を利用する方は、チェックアウトの11時までです。 入庫から24時間ではないので、留意しておいた方が良いです。

前のホテルには10数回泊まっていたので、今回はヒルトン傘下になって比較のため宿泊。 設備は変わり映えなく、従業員も前の方がはつらつとしていて良かった。 レストランは以前の激しい段差が軽減され、我々高齢者には楽になった。 朝食ブッフェでオムレツ担当者が素人すぎて長蛇の列。代わってあげたかった。 全体的に特別美味しくもなく、普通過ぎた。
