The hotel was such a convenient place to stay....for the metro, buses and the helpfulness of staff. I wish they could change the carpets in the rooms. They are old and icky.
My stay was very nice and the rate of 1000 nt was excellent for the quality of the room. The hotel is clean and convenient to everything. Bus stop to airport is right across the street. Excellent!
Hotel is very convenient to most locations in downtown and short taxi rides. Staff is friendly and relatively decent English. Room is clean. On the down side. The room is very cold with lower temperatures settling in. No heating. Asians are used to lack of heating systems so are slow in providing heat when westerners are expecting toasty rooms especially in hotels. They should be made aware of this. Also phone for making my local calls was inop and needed annoying call to internal operator. Otherwise a decent value.
