Smelly room

It was the worst stay me and my wife had in our 9 years of exploring the area. Went to take a shower and the water stunk up the whole room. People running around on the second floor. People in the parking lot blasting music. With The room smell and noise we didn’t even stay. Picked up and left for a 2 hour drive back home. They didn’t offer any refund or discount either.

Great stay

Rooms were remodeled. The lady that owns this hotel is super nice. Would stay again. Room rates were decent especially since it was a last minute booking due to a different hotel canceling my rooms. Next time I will just book this place.

Upon arrival, the check in lady or owner was such a joy to meet. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable affordable and nice everything was nicely renovated up-to-date. The property is very quiet and calm. My children and I had a wonderful day. the pool is awesome as well.

Small Motel with Great Owner/Host

Motel owner, Ann, was an amazing host! She loves to talk to her customers and get to know about them and their trip to the dells. She is very accommodating! Our room was comfortable, clean and updated. Good location. We would return again!!

She kept asking me if I was alone I made it clear that I was. Come to find out I get the smallest room and it's very very small I was told queen size and it was a full and the mattress was terrible really old and the room was like three steps in the shower was very dangerous I almost fell twice no room to walk out terrible shower curtain nothing in the room to put your things towels are on top of the toilet bowl you can't put your soap anywhere in the shower old microwave the floor was gritty and dirty charged way too much for such a small room I didn't even stay the second night I checked out and I told her and she says do you want another room upstairs I said no she didn't even give me a discount or anything for the night I decided not to stay..she said absolutely nothing more. Very very unhappy with this place. I cannot believe they even would rent a room this small with such a crappy mattress and they advertise as Queen when it's a full.. and seriously no room to put anything. No coffee pot no nothing.. I asked if there's coffee in the morning she says she makes it at 9:00 cuz she likes to sleep. And it's in the office. Have to wait until 9:00 to get coffee? And when I called on a Thursday to book two nights she said she was full she had one room left. I get there Friday afternoon there's only two cars in the lot.. so many empty rooms and she ends up giving me the smallest room of all because I'm by myself. Very very disappointed in room 18

This hidden gem was perfect to explore the Dells. It was right in the middle of town. This family owned hotel was quiet and clean. Also, had great coupons for all of the attractions around. Definitely would recommend and stay in the future!
