The front desk gave me a room that had already been given to someone else. I walked in, saw a wallet and keys, looked to the bed and saw a head. It was disturbing and potentially dangerous. This person’s sleep was not disturbed apparently. What if it had been a trigger-happy weapon carrier? I have traveled frequently in my life and this has never happened before. It was midnight and too late to make other arrangements or I would have.

The first employee we encountered at check-in was great! Very friendly. But the employee that worked during breakfast acted as if we were an inconvenience when we asked her to refill the coffee early on into breakfast, and she started putting things away before the posted time for breakfast.

Needs some safety installed

The stay was fast but very nice and new. The only problem was the bath tub. It was very slick on the bottom and when stepping into it I almost fell but caught myself leaving me with very bad bruising.

The staff was great and the hotel was clean! The location between San Angelo and Abilene allowed me to avoid staying in a more expensive hotel with questionable reviews in Abilene. I’ll be back to this hotel!
