This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this holiday Inn for 21 days.We were here two years ago and when we went for dinner in the evening with our family who live in Winnipeg, Mark the waiter came over and greeted us and welcomed us back. Also our granddaugher was 16 while visiting and we had her birthday dinner in the restaurant. We were allowed to decorate the table. Cameron was our waiter for that night and he was very friendly and efficient. At the end of our dinner he carried the birthday cakes through singing happy birthday, which was so nice and our granddaughter was thrilled. We often went into breakfast and Shirley and the rest of the waitresses very attentive and couldnt be more helpful. Our room was always kept spotlessy clean.

Family of 4. Had a great stay, room was clean and comfy. Pirate cove was fantastic! Kids LOVED the play structure. Pool was a good temp and not too busy. Thought the location of the hotel was handy for our trip to the zoo nearby!

Stayed at the Certificate of Excellence Winnipeg Holiday Inn on Wed 07/17/19 as a 15K point reward night. This was our first stay at this property and, WOW, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The 11 story hotel has an attractive design and is located on the main highway with other hotels, shopping and auto services nearby. Area can be congested during busy hour. Plenty of free well lit parking in their lot, or underground parking in their secure garage is also available. Check in was fast and friendly in their large clean lobby with seating, a large TV and info board to keep you informed. The hotel bar and restaurant are just off the lobby. Signage was good both externally and internally. Multiple speedy elevators near the front desk had an average size cabin but most interesting was a fish bowl mounted into the wall of each elevator unit. First time we've seen that but great idea..!! Hallway width was average with clean carpets and good lighting. Room access was via a proximity card reader. No issues with locking mechanism. No dedicated luggage shelf so suitcases wet on a chair and coffee table. However the 2Q suite was fantastic. It was large and clean with full extended stay amenities including a full kitchen, dining room and living room sets and two large TVs in two large rooms. Just great. Power outlets were available on the larger than average nightstand between beds. Wifi access was via IHG connect and was stable. HVAC controls were wall mounted and the unit was quiet and efficient. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets and four pillows. Had a problem in the larger than average bathroom with the shower. It had better than average water pressure and plenty of clean towels but handle to adjust temperture came loose and would not shut off. We were able to get water off and reported it, but was a scary challenge to our engineering abilities. Room was quiet and overall maintenance was good. Fee based breakfast area had plenty of seating and many good breakfast options. Our eats cost $24.61 before tip. Food was good, but service was far from attentive. Overall, despite problems with the shower and SLOW service for breakfast from the menu, we really liked the hotel, staff and location. A good spot to stop on our next trip across Canada.

Our 5 day stay at Holiday Inn Winnipeg was very nice. The Hotel was very convenient, clean and modern, with excellent restaurant and bar. Our room was very good and we had no complaints. We especially enjoyed evening drink at the bar and our visits with Marliese Beer…she was friendly and helpful beyond the usual expected courtesy. Thank you for our experience and pleasant stay at your Hotel. We do have a suggestion...the photos we saw on the internet of your hotel do not do your hotel justice. We found that what we thought was your front entrance was actually the play are for children. You should update the photos to show how nice the hotel really is, thank you. Spent a night here as part of a business trip. My hotel room was simply decorated and very clean. The room was well put together and very comfortable. Staff at the front desk were pleasant and check-in and out was easy. The small restaurant did get quite busy so service was a little slow but the kitchen had some unique breakfast offerings and honored special requests. The bar area is open and inviting. The bartenders were very attentive and provided samples of local beer choices. Overall, very pleasant stay and I would definitely go again.

I recently got to stay at the Holiday Inn Airport West, and it was VERY nice. Nice room, clean, comfy bed, comfy chair. The bathroom was spacious, as was the shower. Overall nice room. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel has been remodeled and offers very nice décor, restaurant and lounge. The staff are superb. Mary my housekeeper kept my room meticulous while Darlene and Shirley were always so accommodating in the restaurant. The experience month after month because of my business travel is consistent and never fails to impress me. I highly recommend this hotel with airport shuttle service for your next business or vacation stay in Winnipeg.

We decided to stay here on a spur of the moment decision, and we were quite happy with our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and a decent size. The pool and play structure is awesome for kids! Our daughter loved swimming and going down the frog slide in the pool. The bathroom was a good size, it had no tub, but a pretty good sized shower with glass doors (which also had good acoustics for yodeling). Would defiantly stay here again.

The staff was charming, the room was spotless, and well designed (I didn't have to snoop around to figure out how the light switches worked, for example). I needed breakfast delivered at 7 a.m. on Sunday, and it was delivered at 7 on the dot. Keep up the good work!

Very convenient for the airport, but still had some local stores and eateries close by. Friendly staff especially in the bar with good food and a choice of local beer. Check out the nightly special offers and the happy hour prices for a great bargain
