Location is good. Plenty of stuff in the immediate building you don’t have to leave to get dinner. Windows are crazy thin and you can hear every single thing that’s happening outside. They put ear plugs in the room to help with the poor build quality of the building. When we called they advised they had heated parking it’s a public garage attached to the building and it’s not heated. I would not recommend nor stay here again due to the excessive noise. We were on the 12th floor.

Nice boutique hotel near the Bell MTS Center. Perfect location for a concert or game. Staff is great and accommodating. They really want you to have a good stay. Our air conditioner wasn’t working and they tirelessly aimed to get it fixed, offering a free drink for our trouble. The first night was very hot and we didn’t get much sleep. But, once it was fixed, it worked well. However, the property is lacking in a few areas. A restaurant or bar would be great (drinks in lobby). Also, the street noise is quite a bit more than anticipated. Even when asked to stay on the “quiet side”, we were woken many times by sirens and loud cars. Their windows are not very soundproof at all. And even though we were pretty far from the elevator, it was also heard in our room. 10/10 for the staff, 7/10 for comfort and quiet.

Just stayed one night but the room was great with newer amenities, great view of the city, and a helpful hotel staff. They also have a small but sufficient gym.

Great Location to night life and Forks area. Parking pass was easy to use!
