Excellent experience. This hotel is in a good location and has comfortable beds and pillows.

Good trip well done! Good location good value and great price

The hotel was great for the value. Such a good location, right by the fun bars and close to the casino.

I've stayed here a couple times now when visiting Detroit. It's close to the boardER aND near the casino. For the price it's a good value nothing, special just a clean room for sleeping. They also have a private parking lot which is nice.

Went to windsor for my best friends 19th birthday. Had a great time!

Nothing special but good for the price and the staff was great.

Good location to food and entertainment...good place to stay...clean and convenient

This hotel was nothing special. Room price was cheap as is the hotel experience. Doesn't even look like a hotel from the outside. I guess I cannot not complain too much for the price. Location is good: close to bars and about a 10 minute walk to the casino.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Room was nice for the price. I would stay there again.

This is the second time I have stayed on a trip to see the Blue Jays play in Detroit. The location was great to get to the ball park.

Hotel sits in a very centralized location, close to downtown, casino, beer store, mcdonalds and grocery store.

Overall the hotel was good; it was very close to all the places I wanted to go so it worked out perfectly. Walking distance from the club and after we called a cab from the front desk so we could go to the casino. I really have no complaints besides that the room floor had stains and there was a stained spot on the side of one of the beds which made me a little bit on edge. Other than that my stay was fine.

Perfect hotel right by the bars in downtown windsor

My experience in this hotel was terrible. I stay here almost once a month if not more. When were arrived we were placed in a room with a dead smeared beetle a crossed the ceiling. The toilet did not properly work and the walls of the hotel looked as if they were never washed. The room looked like it wasn't clean. Calling down to the lobby the worker stated your on the floor with the party teenagers what do you expect. Seeing is how I stay here once a month and have never ruined anything in the room, I shouldn't be stereo typed into staying on a floor full of loud drunk people simply because im the same age. Me and my friend don't even drink! Im considering switching to the holiday inn down the street. Overall worst experience I've had.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, somewhat overpriced. I will go back.

The room was clean, staff friendly, lots of parking, Continental Breakfast, love the waffle maker. Would definitely stay there again.. Note there was notable noise in coming from other guest, (loud talking, doors slamming etc..)

Wifi weak signal that goes out at times. Desk staff professional but not really outgoing or friendly. Housekeeping staff very friendly and accomodating. Hotel is located less than half a block from Tunnel to USA entrance. Quiet except for Saturdays when young people from the US come to take advantage of Ontario's lower drinking age. Then its a bit rowdy and noisy but I didn't mind. I think staff tries to keep them confined to a specif floor or area of the building. Breakfast is very weak. Just basically toast and coffee. No fresh fruit, 3 choices of cold cereal. weak watery juices. Really bad coffee! The place is ok for the money but don't expect perks.

Room adequate. No microwave or refrigerator as advertised on this travel site. Wifi slow and drops. (Not enough routers? Or poor placement ) room clean. Cleaning crew friendly but front desk folks (not all) unsmiling and curt. Continental breakfast skimpy. Just 2or 3 breads, cold cereal and watered down juice and coffee. No hot food or e en fresh fruit. If you stay Saturday night be prepared to tolerate noisy drunken teens here from the states taking advantage of younger drinking age and downtown clubs. Place is ok for the money though. Clean and relatively comfortable.

The location of this establishment relative to the nightlife in Windsor was most intriguing.

Older hotel, but things were clean and everyone was helpful and friendly.
