Beds were comfy. Carpet was old and needs to be replaced. Bathroom was clean but needs to be updated. Breakfast was fair. Front desk was friendly.

The room was very clean, but bathroom was very small and the bathtub was slow to drain. Otherwise the stay was fine and the staff were very helpful.

It was wonderful to have such a lovely hotel accept my dog. We were on the 4th floor, but the exercise was great after being cooped up in a car for hours and the dog walking area was well lit. I had my mom with me and she appreciated the lovely room as well. By all means...consider ordering takeout or delivery from the Glory Days Grill next door. The food was delicious and how convenient! Overall, just a great stay.

Staff very helpful, clean rooms, restaurants within walking distance. Loved the local orchards they recommended!

Check-in and check-out was very easy. All the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. The room (and all of the common areas) were clean and well taken care of. The bed was comfortable & the AC was efficient. It was nice to have three restaurants within walking distance.

I thought the hotel room itself was nice, the furniture was a little dated, but it seemed to ok. I paid for a suite with a hot tub in it, however when we went to use the hot tub the plug wouldn't seal so it wouldn't hold water and then after I got to looking at it the jets weren't very clean...I did let them know at the front desk about it when we checked out, it was so late when we tried to use it that I was too tired to mess with it. Also in the night I got up to use the bathroom and when I turned on the light there were roaches on the counter...that literally made my skin crawl...like I said I told them about it when I checked out the next morning...they said that they would have given me some of my money back but since I booked and paid through a on-line travel company they couldn't. I will look for a different place to stay the next time we decide to go there for the weekend.

My wife and I had a very nice stay. everything was perfect. The only criticism is the Jacuzzi tub fills too slow. I recommend this Hotel.

We stayed overnight at this hotel while visiting Shenandoah University. Hotel is located close to campus. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

I got the "junior suite" room. It had a couch in such a condition, that I would be ashamed to give it to the Salvation Army

Arrived late at night. Hotel is squeaky clean. Room was quiet, beds comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was full and complimentary. Rate was reasonable. Would def. come here again. Stayed on the way back from our trip.

My sister lives in a small house, and has no room for guests. It's a basic, clean, quiet place to stay. I liked the hot breakfast and the USA Today in the morning, since I am an early morning person and my sister isn't. The in-room coffee was also nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I had trouble finding front desk staff (checking in and out), but that is not a big deal to me.

The staff was very helpful in getting medications to me that was left in the room.

I had a wonderful stay, and will definitely let my family know how awesome it was. The breakfast was great, the amenities where great. the rooms where clean and comfortable. Staff helped me promptly. wanted to know about things to do and the front desk receptionist assist. We went to the nearby park, go cart experience. Miniature golf, it was everything that I like when staying in a hotel.

Easy to find...the second time, Very clean & friendly.

My wife and I stayed here on a getaway trip. We stayed in the suite with king sixe ed and whirl pool tub (6 feet). It was awsome and most likely we will be back soon. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, nice TV, great tub... Only thing bathroom is missing is a dim light for night time. Kitchen needs glasses, not just Styrofoam coffee cups.

While we were out of out room someone gained access to our room. The reason I know this is...... 1-Someone shut off our television (that we had left on, and NO we did NOT set the timer) 2- The perfum I had received as a gift was sprayed ........noticable when we entered the room.......I had not used that brand that day. I had not even sprayed it while I was there! I do not feel safe going back to that Hotel and leaving anything in that room, because I feel somone will go back through my stuff.

Nice place. Would stay there again. Lots of things to do around the hotel.

Everything was good except mattress very soft and needed replaced.staff friendly. Good location. Clean facilities. Restaurants close by. Shopping mall close by.

We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel and our expectations weren't high, but we had a terrible stay here. We had purchased a king room but the only two available had been former smoking rooms, and still smelled. At least the person checking us in told us about it and offered us the choice to stay in a room with two full size beds. The toilet wouldn't flush but we didn't realize it until 1am when I woke up in the night to use it. We were too tired to wake up and call maintenance, so we ended up using the lobby bathroom in the morning. It was completely something the cleaning staff should have noticed and had fixed. The pillows were truly the worst I have ever experienced - picture lumpy deflated basketballs. I had to use a towel under my head instead. The front desk said they had just replaced all the pillows, so either they hadn't gotten to our room yet, or else the "new" pillows are unusable. For this lack of quality, the cost should be less. Perhaps we just had a bad experience, but be cautious.

For the price this hotel is an outstanding value, the staff was very nice and very helpful, check in was a breeze, the room was very very nice, with frig and microwave, very very clean, even has a steamer in it to get the suitcase wrinkles out, the free hot breakfast was great, nice selection and again the aera was very very clean. I would stay there again without a doubt and youshould to if your in the Winchester area, also there are many places to eat with in walking distance, and a mall with in a 1/4 of a mile, just a great place
