This hotel is in a quiet location. Its rooms are compact but well equipped, clean and comfortable. Katrina on Reception was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant here is a real gem, with an agreeable, calm atmosphere, a decent menu and impeccable service. My server, Paulina, was as charming as she was efficient. I loved everything about this hotel and will stay again.
Conveniently located hotel, with lots of parking space. The restaurant was extremely good and the staff couldn't have done enough for me. Well equipped, functional rooms, would definitely stay here again.
Visited family and friends found a great deal hear and was really surprised as I had never previously heard of it... Think French Travelodge and you'd be close... Rooms are a little dated with a modern overlay but clean comfy. Breakfast was great and the service and staff were excellent. Also needed a place that accepted pets which they do. Definitely will use them again.
Have stayed here on a few occasions.Probably the best of the budget hotel chains.Rooms always clean and comfortable,a decent restaurant with a good selection.Plenty of onsite parking. My only gripe is Wifi is not free,as it should be everywhere now.Apart from that it's a good hotel.
No air con. Very hot stuffy rooms kept window open for air and all I can hear is the cast of fast and furious doing wheel spins, engine and exhausts backfiring and now a disco in the car park. If you had air con i wouldnt have my window open at midnight unable to sleep due to the local boy racers in the car park opposite. Appreciate you cant control the noise but put air con in or fans to allow a night of sleep.. 2nd night of 3 with no sleep not a quiet location at all. Very poor :-(
Just arrived very disappointed that the room has no cooling facility . When asked I was told that all the fans they have are in use. If you stay at a Premier Inn every room has a fan or it has air con. Premier In also keep the window covered with the curtain to keep the room cool. Restless night. You now get a plastic cup instead of a cup and saucer. Back to Premier Inn!!!
Check in was very quick. Room was small but we were only staying one night so was ideal. It was clean. Breakfast was nice although i would say a little limited. Downside was being on the ground floor right by the car park you could hear everything. Also there wasn't any air con so it wasn't as if you could shut the window to keep cool. Also bathroom didn't have a working extractor fan which made the room even more hot. On the whole i would stay again but ask for a higher room. Its an ideal location for the outlet centre.
Booked in for one night here. Check in was a breeze, staff were very friendly. Room was £45, it was clean and v quiet. Bathroom had a bath/shower which was a bonus. Free parking and with the booking that we had, free wifi, although I do understand that with some bookings this will come at a surcharge. Got a taxi into Swindon centre for the evening and this worked out at £8.00 each way, so wasn't that bad at all. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Swindon.
We stayed at the Campanile for one night . It's clean and well kept , rooms are basic but they have everything you need ,really good value for money. Its central and easily found . The reception staff were really helpful especially Katrina.
If you book your room through one site you get free wifi, If you don't, you get 20 minutes free and then pay. They also charge a pound for an extra slice of bread. So that is why I'm not going to give them 5 stars. But, on the upside, they are clean, and the food is good. The best for me was the baked Camembert. The breakfasts were good too, with a choice of continental or full English. The staff were very friendly and service was swift. The hotel is in a business park so far from any entertainment, but we used it as a base-camp to go to other places like Oxford, Wincanton, the Cotswolds, Stratford on Avon and so on.
