It’s pointing towards entrance door only to ensure compliance of rules (no partying) and safety of the property.

Middle if downtown Wilmington
Apt needs some small details fixed . The surrounding were bad. I as a Marines had no problem but others would. I lot of fix were done to upgrade the apt. The toilettes we're nice ,plus washing material were great.
