I've stayed at the same hotel with a king size bed for many years and never had a room with TV being on the side of the bed instead of on front but this time I was given one of those and the front desk person swore that all their king size room designs are changed 8 years ago and only 2 king size room existed in the whole hotel with TV in front of the bed but those are connected rooms. I was definitely an upset customer. The housekeeping will only clean your room every other day, so if you want your sheets changed you're out of luck. The breakfast and the coffee in the mornings are horrible, tasteless. I was their regular but they did loose me. This definitely was my last time there.

Admittedly, it was a little unusual how our trip was planned. My brother Richard came for the first night and used the room. Then my wife and I came for the second night to use the room. We had requested that housekeeping changed the bed sheets for the bed that was used on night one. That service was not done. For night number two we used both beds, and I was disappointed we didn't get the house cleaning chore taken care of. It wasn't impossible but it certainly was requested but not taken care of in this instance however, I will say the front desk personnel are very friendly, efficient and helpful

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were Amazing, kind and helpful. Sunshine the manager there went Above and beyond to make my family n I stay memorable . My daughter had to be a Nemours children's hospital Friday I asked if we could have a late checkout . She granted us a 4 pm checkout we decided to stay the night till Saturday. If you want a friendly, clean caring place to stay I recommend this place !!! Tell them Angel from room 213 sent you .... Also a shout out to the lady that takes care of breakfast she was very kind and kept the breakfast hot and plentiful...

Checked in to find a “dirty” pillow case. Employee break room was next door and could smell cigarette smoke on 2 different occasions even tho the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking.

We found a container of open clorox wipes on the floor. Our digital clock has never been changed for the ending of daylight savings time. Our toilet would not flush, a problem we fixed ourselves within the tank. The refrigerator was not working properly and froze all our food. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful, house keeping was very fast at responded to needs and everyone speaks and greets you everytime they see you. My 5yrs old son said he felt like a celebrity. The options for breakfast was amazing. Great place, Great stay, excellent staffs
