Newly remodeled Home. This unit is the entire basement.
1 bedroom with 2 comfy beds 1 Queen and 1 Twin XL.
A couch in the Living room / Futon can accommodate 1 extra person.
1 Full Bath Very Spacious Kitchen with most everything you need. We use high quality linens, towels and pillows in bedrooms to to make the stay cushy.
Hot Tub is located on the back Florida room. It is shared with the upstairs unit. So either occupant has access from inside the house.
Fenced back yard.
We offer discounts for stays
Pets are permitted BUT ABSOLUTLEY no pets on beds or furniture. if you violate this rule you will get bad review.
Location is;
4 miles from World Equestrian Center for the horse fans.
25 Mi to new Battery plant in Jeffersonville
21 miles to Central State U.
29 Mi to Kings Island.
14 Mi to Caesars Creek Lake
