The fully stocked, spacious kitchen has a large island for gathering around meals. The living and dining rooms provide ample seating. New memory foam mattresses, ROKU TVs, a beautiful coffee bar, puzzles, games, and toys provide entertainment. The property is centrally located in the heart of Xenia near the Air Force Museum, Yellow Springs, and the Bike Trail.
Our beautiful home offers an open floor plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The three main bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry are all on the first floor. Plenty of closets and a mud room provide ample storage and organization options. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. The coffee bar has Pike Place Roast and Bullet Coffee Decaf, five creamer options, and sugar.
The house is located in the heart of historical Xenia, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The home is 10 minutes from Yellow Springs and 15 minutes from Dayton. The Air Force Museum is just a quick drive away. We are right on the bike trail, and you can store your bikes securely in our one-car garage.
The master bedroom has a large king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, Roku TV, and luggage racks.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed and luggage racks.
