Be one of the first guests to stay at our newly renovated home. Just 5 miles from Carolina Beach and just a short distance to downtown. This bright and beautiful single-level ranch-style home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a back porch, and a fenced-in yard. You can spend your days enjoying the surf/sand, shopping at some great stores, enjoying amazing food, or touring the UNCW campus.

You will receive your own customized access code to the property. the access code will remain active for the length of your stay and will expire upon checkout. Driveway accommodates up to 2 cars.
Other things to note
We Love well-behaved Dogs! We have a large fenced and gated backyard for them to run and play. if you would like to bring your dogs, we charge $50 per pet, and it will be your responsibility to pick up any yard waste from your pets. Please send us a message to discuss your furry friend with you!

Superior Hospitality!

One of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! First off- my teenagers approved!! - Cleanliness was superior -Provided soaps, laundry and dish detergents, coffee filters, (and coffee/tea in case you also forgot that!) and any random thing you can think of that you probably forgot- it was there - Beds super comfy -Kid friendly (nothing dangerous, sharp corners or fragile) - Neighborhood had lots of kids and it’s walking distance to a really great restaurant on the corner I’d (and probably will) stay here again and again. -Host responded immediately with any questions Only con is that it was a good 15 min drive from the Boardwalk Beach that we chose to go to, but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommend!
