Did not stay-slept at a rest stop in the car instead and am trying to get a refund. Filthy, stinks like smoke, everything is gross and broken. Unsafe area- weird men wandering around, truck stop next door. Staff are rude, surly, threatening and completely unprofessional- especially one guy- he needs to be fired immediately. As a woman I felt threatened and unsafe. This place should not be on Hotels.com and as a result I don't think I can use this site again. Really bad place- I am surprised the Health Dept does not shut it down.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

This place reeks of mold and diesel gas as the truck stop is only feet away. Entire property is in disrepair (looks nothing like the pictures) and the front desk "employees" acted erratically and were threatening guests (definitely on something)

Very dirty, cigarette burns on blankets, not as advertised, hair on sheets and all over shower, moldy air units, smelled of smoke, overall felt very dirty and unsafe. Was unable to spend the night there due to the bad conditions, and was denied a refund for no reason.

Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It started when we arrived after dark and there wasn’t any parking area lighting. The place was filthy, everywhere. The bed covers had holes in them. They apparently made a hole in the carpet and patched it with a piece of carpet that didn’t match and duct taped it down. The breakfast was either bread or cereal, we just skipped it. The upside, our car was still there in the morning.

Room was a smoking room and I requested non smoking roam. Tv barely worked. Dirty bathroom. Mildew abd mold by windows. Broken door handle to our room. Room smelled of nasty cigarette smoke and old man’s cologne. Disgusting. Pictures on the website do not look anything like what you walk into.

There was a moldy smokey smell to the room. The sheets were not changed from previous guest(s), there was hair and blood on them. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The shower was so dirty and moldy one could not shower in it and when you turn on the water it was leaking from the ceiling. Just disgusting.

Stay away from this place.

We didn’t stay as soon as we checked in, we checked out. It was too disgusting to even think about staying. Everything was old, moldy and dirty. A/C was broken, bathroom door was broken. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. It was just so bad.

The staff was great. The rooms are old the air conditioner worked well but the carpet around it was damp in the morning the walls had water stains and the tile in the bathroom needs a serious cleaning. I also thought it was strange when I went to exchange my towels I had to wait for them to be washed and dried before they were brought back. Very quiet area close to the highway and dining areas.

The room was smelly and dirty; even opening the window didn't help. The sheets were covered in hair. I don't know if they were changed. Won’t stay again.

Bit lower than average no extra toliet paper 1 blanket walls had stuff on them not sure what and the shower head was zip tied to hold it up forever for some hot water , horrible breakfast choices. Hotel extremely loud with kids till 1 am had to complain several times and we had three adults and a two year-old child very hard to sleep. We left as soon as we woke up when we could hear the kids running upstairs. The staff was really nice. I just think they need more help and definitely some bleach. but we needed a place to sleep overnight so it worked, but I wouldn’t go back.
