This property will lose it's Hampton Flag at next inspection. taped together cabinets in the room, nearly unusable coffee maker. there is a draft under the climate control window unit that could blow out a candle. The mattresses were very tired. The staff, however, was fantastic.

We had to switch rooms twice. We didnt have hot water in the first room, so we moved. The second room didnt have heat, so we moved again. The lady from front desk said several rooms were having problems. Had problems with heat in 3rd room, but just stayed in there.

It was New Year’s, the door lock systems would not respond to our keys. We had to be let in our room by the staff. None of us could leave the room all at once because we couldn’t get back in on our own. The staff was really nice and tried to help in anyway they could. Breakfast was great.

If not for the front desk we would not have stayed. She was excellent. We checked in the room and the room had cockroaches. The clerk was notified. She pulled the room out of service. Moved us to another room. That room was fine. I’m assuming they were brought in by prior occupants. My other room was bug free. I worked the road traveling with my job. The only disappointment was not being compensated for the room.

The keys wouldn't work so had to have worker to come unlock our room each time. Tiles were loose in the bathroom. Cosmetic damage was pretty rough. Beds were super comfy

Most Hampton Inn are very nice but this one was a little disappointing. The carpet was coming apart and the wood was falling off the furniture. It really could use a makeover. The breakfast was subpar. The last day they made scrambled eggs which is what I was looking for too but they were runny. The oatmeal was watered down and the red potatoes were dry.

Customer service was good, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. There is some wear and tear in the rooms and other parts of the building like parts of counters in rooms peeling and so on. Good enough to sleep and centrally located, but it needs to be remodeled or fixed. Probably would not stay there with the family again, but would if I was solo traveling.
