went up for lacrosse tournament - very comfortable
Clean, comfortable rooms. Courtesy shuttle from airport even though about 20 min. later than they normally do. Awesome staff, very pleasant.
Accusations were very good for the money and staff was very accommodating and helpful. Good value.
Everything was fine, except they advertise pancakes for the breakfast, but the pancake machine did not work during my entire stay.
Clean, and very close to shopping and dining. There was a sport team staying on our floor but there were no disruptions.
While in Kalispell, we went to Glacier National Park everyday. We wanted to enjoy nature but have the convenience of places to eat. We really enjoyed the great breakfasts that were provided for free as well as the fresh hot cookies that were put out every night at 7:00 pm. Breakfast was a big deal for us as we got up every morning at 6:00 am and were able to select from numerous items to begin our day. This was a great trip that was on my "bucket list" of things to do before I am unable to.
The rooms were clean the bed very comfortable, the service was great. breakfast was great, over all experiece was could not have been better.
Loved the extra room
This was the cleanest and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was top notch, the room was spacious and absolutely spotless. When we are back in that area, we will definitely stay there again.
Staff was crabby and hard to deal with. My room was so tiny and it was handicapped accessible which ment the shower did not have a tub for the kids and it sprayed water everywere when used. The water pressure and the bench in the shower were a joke. The breakfast closed at 9:30am, who gets up at by 9:30 when on vacation? Also, the channel discovery kids had no sound and when I asked about it at the front desk they said they did not have a service man on the property till Monday, how helpfull! WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THE NON-REFUNDABLE STAY AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED 5 DAYS BEFORE I EVEN ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL.
The hotel and room was nice. Location different and the food was not good.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was great. The breakfast is the same every day and fresh fruit is needed. The breakfast items that need to be kept hot need to be hot not luke warm.
Good
This Holiday Inn Express is brand new, and the room was gorgeous! It had a huge king size bed, large flat screen t.v., and the bathroom was so nice-tiled floor and shower, and granite counter top. And to top it all off, I had my own little balcony. It was the perfect place to eat my breakfast. The location is really good too. It was very easy to get there from the airport.
The hotel is new and we were there 2 nights. the Rooms were clean, The pool was very nice with a hot tub near by. Location was great close to restaurants, costco, taget and movie theater. I was disappointed that they allow pets and that wasn't posted when you check in. The allow pets only on the first floor. After having slept in a pet room my son with asthma was coughing all night and I was wondering why until the next afternoon I saw a dog in the hotel and ask. It was too late to change for that night so we had to stay in the same room again.
The Holiday Inn Express in Kalispell Mt is by far the best hotel I have experianced in years. Not only is it well equiped for the busness traveler as well vacationer it is well maintained. The brakfest was always great. But I feel the best part of my 6 day stay was the Staff. There is no way to explain how wounderful those folks are. They go out of there way to make each guest feel speacial all day every day.If I could grade this hotel I would give it a 5 out of 5.
I stayed in a wheelchair accessible king suite and was very comfortable. The room was very clean, service was good, and the breakfast was fine. Next time I will reserve the suite with a roll-in shower.
This new hotel in Kalispell was a welcomed addition to the Flathead Valley Region. It is very comfortable, well-appointed and has a very friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean and lovely decor. Flat-screen TV was a plus, and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel location is easy to find and close to entertainment and restaurants. Since I didn't have occasion to use the pool and exercise facilities, I cannot comment on those facilities. However, I will definitely stay here again when I am in Kalispell overnight.
