The mattress needs to be replaced. Very hard. Noisy room. Could hear noise from other rooms, hall, outside.

Furniture is torn up and in bad shape, no conditioner or clock in the room, fridge doesn’t work, doesn’t feel clean or pleasant.

Room was clean enough, wi-fi had issues and would work for a minute at a time, breakfast was coffee, juice, toast, half muffins and bananas. Mediocre property but good enough to visit Glacier.

They ratings on the sight are not accurate. In older part of town. Run down conditions and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat. Plumbing couldn’t keep up with demand and the shower dropped. The beds need to be replaced. The sink would back up and not fully drain until you were completely done and then had to take two times to fully rinse. They did have functional fridge and microwave. Never again.

You get what you pay for. I’m pleased I got a room with easy access to my car

The check in lady was very pleasant and in an upbeat mood

We entered room to find exterior door broken. Door went out to community patio and it appeared to have been broken in- the padlock was missing and the only thing securing the door was the doorknob lock. We told the staff and she acted like she knew nothing about it and stated she would call maintenance. This room should not have been rented out. There was a desk in front of the AC which want broken and the chair next to it had an ill fitting chair cover- I was afraid to look under it Upon ckout I had asked to use a computer and printer to print out my flight boarding pass and was told the printer hadn't worked all summer and would have to go across the street to a print shop. I expected so much more from a Wyndham owned property! I felt I paid for a much better experience.

expense was the only real drawback. otherwise it was okay

This was an average hotel. I made the reservation in July just a few days before needing a room for 1 night so did not have any other options available that did not cost considerably more.

You can explore a lot of places from this location. Walking distance to downtown.

this is one of those hotels which thought you had to stay there. things were not kept up. for example, fauset in bathroom was with a piece of plywood as spacer., and cloth/towel hook was installed on hollow core door. electric wire extension was so old and pluged unsafely with too many appliances. coffee was flavorless.

The hotel was good for me, but if my wife would have been with me she would have wanted to stay somewhere else.

Best value off season in Kalispell. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient to food, shopping, hospital, centrally located. Still one of the best in town, even after 40 years.

The room looked very nice, but when wiped down with a wipe, the wipe became very dirty. Crumbs were on the floor that weren't ours. We didn't complain because I cleaned it. We will stay elsewhere next time

The hotel is right off a busy street. Parking was okay. We had a guest tell us that some of their stuff got stolen off their motorcycle when they were checking in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is close to lots of places to eat.

Booked 90 miles from planned area, but got to see parts of montana otherwise missed. Travel easy, food offerings yummy, people so very nice. Have to try Blue Moon for adult beverages and food. Catlyn was great barmaid. Met many Canadians visiting. There are casinos on every corner. Also have to try Split Rock Cafe from olden days, BIG wonderful breakfast.

The building itself felt a little dated, and the room was smaller than I'm used to, but for the price it had all the amenities you could ask for; bed, shower, tv, coffee pot (although without non decaf coffee). One thing it does have is a balcony and even though it overlooks the parking lot, I didn't take advantage of it and should've.

Curtains were wrinkled, paint was chipping, based board heat was marginal. Room was clean, front office staff was great. Bed was comfortable.
