Paid a lot of money extra money for a room with a wet bar, wasn’t given one.
There has been a charge placed on my credit card. This should not be there. What is it for.

Everything was working, bed comfortable. Breakfast choices good. Hot cinnamon buns were tasty. Staff was very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestion and a loaner phone charger.

The smart TV was too smart for us to figure out, and when we called the front desk to ask for the weather channel, Channel, were told that channel wasn't available!
Over all a good place to stay. We would book again.

I did not stay at this hotel. My reservation was supposed to be at the Hampton Inn at Wheeling. The Agent who did this booking got the wrong Hotel. Roy Allen

One of the best hotels that I have been in, we enjoyed the room and the breakfast very much.
Room was clean . Hotel was clean . Elevators didn't seem to be the greatest. Temperature control was a little hard to keep but very nice beds. Overall a great stay. Friendly staff.

Business center needed more security to protect children from inappropriate conduct from quest.
