"The pool and hot tub water were extremely cloudy, there was unknown hairs in our bathroom, toiletries were basically water, tub backed up, sink backed up, only a sheet on the bed (no comforter), visible fingerprints and smudge marks on door knobs, windows and mirrors, curtains were stained, request for room to be cleaned and fresh towels was ignored, room service line was busy for hours (never got through) Will not stay here again. "
