This is truly a 5 star hotel in one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. The staff were amazing and spoke excellent English.

Everything was excellent. The room surprisingly was a disabled persons room. Really bad view. Yet they were kind at repeption ans were kind to give me a free parking. Much appreciation. Overall excellent.
