Wish you could control the air conditioner in the room. Had to sleep with windows open and so did others with very loud kids. Our view out the windows was a closed in box of the building walls. Walls had visible dust on them. Will go to another hotel next time.

Room was too warm and AC stat did not work. Our room was on the train track side and therefore, I would never recommend as it was noisy and we had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room. Additionally, no TV selection and just poor thought put into it.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast selection was very good. The bar options are a bit limited, and there are no other dining options within the hotel itself, though there is an Indian restaurant nearby that was just okay. The location is convenient—close to shopping and the bus terminal. One thing to note is that one side of the hotel faces the train platform. If you’re a light sleeper, the train noise can be noticeable, so it’s worth requesting a room on the quieter side. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Good location. We stayed in one of apartments on the train station side. This side had great view of the mountains and part of the city. It was a comfortable stay.

Interlaken is a nice central location for alpine adventures. At hotel,Breakfast included was a good perk, could have more variety so it was a little different every day, the room was spacious but was missing little details like conditioner, iron and washcloths. Not a lot of food options nearby, had to walk way into town. Room was clean and comfortable, I just think it is very overpriced for what it is.

Great hotel based at the end of the platform at Interlaken west station, great base to hop on a train to Interlaken ost for connections to lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald , great hotel bar. Staff were excellent, definitely one for a future stop
