The hotel was great. They were nice to give us an extra large room since we were traveling with 3. One of the only hotels that gave water out which was so nice! Breakfast was excellent. My only issue was that 'maintainance' came into our room without knocking, and it was 3 men. We were all dressed, but easily could not have been. That felt a little violating.

Modern, clean hotel in the center of Interlaken

The Hey Hotel is stylish and modern and centrally located. The hotel appears to comprise 2-3 connected buildings, so finding the proper place to enter and the proper hallway to get to your room can be a minor challenge. The main restaurant is touristy and nothing special, but the breakfast room was large and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast buffet was larger and better than average.

The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortably. Pillows were flat. Parking was easy once the staff explained where to park, Overall 5 star experience.

The bathroom is very small and its design is very inconvenient. The shower has no area/rack to hold anything that you bring. The shower head wouldn’t stay still and kept turning around when I shower. The water kept spilling from the shower area towards the toilet and I had to use a towel to block the water. The sink area is small and had little area for you to put your stuff.

Lovely modern hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean modern, felt spacious for the size of room. Had a king bed and sofa. Nice tv with international channels. Small safe. The breakfast was nice. Comfortable. Staff was very friendly and convenient location about 10 min walk to Interlaken West. Bathtub had curtains - not a deal breaker but had 2 sinks. Wish it included a mini fridge but not a dealbreaker. I would come back here again.

Amazing property and warm hospitality

This is an excellent property to stay with family. In the heart of the city connecting both interlaken OST and West. Staffs were extreamly cooperative and liked the room size and the amenities in the hotel. Had an wonderful experience in breakfast as the staffs in restaurant were very warm and welcoming and ensure the guests goes out with a smile
