Great place to stay! Clean, spacious, great service and fun!

As many hotels age they simply become old and worn out, but this place is well-aged like a fine wine and you can tell the staff and management cares about taking care of and preserving the history of the hotel. Rooms are large, everything is clean, the indoor pool was actually heated and the lounge with free self serve espresso amd water machines was a pleasant surprise. The only reason we couldn't give 5 stars is the unfortunate street noise and literal hooting and hollering outside that continued late into the night. I've never heard so many revving engines and motorcycles my entire life and nobody wants to hear people hollering like they're at a concert when trying to sleep. I actually had to play white noise off YouTube to drown it all out and get some sleep. I probably won't return unless I can get a room that doesn't face the front street.
