Relax Inn

A rather bare bones RV park but if you pull in for the night and leave the next morning - it has what you need. Full hook-ups for a reasonable price. The hostess said that all the sites are 50 amp which is not true - most are 30 amp. The ones that are 50 amp are closet to the office and have cement RV pads. It's a bit scuzzy and that is why RV'ers are self-contained.

Base your choice in hotel not on price but reviews. I knew this would be a crap shoot as I needed a night while moving south. I only spent about 7 hours here, to sleep and get back on the road. I took a shower and water was very slow to drain, toilet did not seal right and ran about 30 seconds every 5 minutes when not in use. There were some lineman staying there and they liked to drink and party outside the front door - with my late arrival I got to the party late - and they were lit. No problems from them but they were loud and in number. I thankfully did not inspect it thoroughly or I likely would have more to tell you. It met the need for motel to crash at on a cross-country moving trip. Nothing and whole lot less.

The WORST hotel I’ve ever been too. Bed uncomfortably worse than sleeping in tent. Bugs flying around in sink and tub. Hair in drain in tub with stopper sitting on side. No lights to see the back grass area for dogs. Tv cable socket coming out wall with blurry tv. Let dogs out try to get in and the staff was sleeping in back and just looked at me like “what” when I said my key did not work (4times). If I’d known it was so bad I would’ve driven further down road. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

We booked a room here due to the overall rating of 7.3 "good." However, the lodging was "fair" at best. The moment we exited the car, we were accosted by clouds of mosquitos and we had to kill a few in our room as well. The swimming pool advertised was non-existent, covered in weeds. The room was okay, with a few stains on the comforter and the last occupant's bottle of Head and Shoulders behind the bathroom door. Breakfast was the highlight, with waffles and pastries. Basically, you get what you pay for. Do not be misled by the overall good rating.

The young man behind the counter upon check in was constantly spitting smokeless tobacco into a cup. So gross. When I asked for another coffee maker since the one in my room didn't work he told me there weren't suppose to be any in the rooms. Bought some instant, then realized there wasn't a microwave either. Internet was sketchy at best. If you have t-mobile you won't have service. Morning staff was nice. Even breakfast was pretty good.

Got a great room for a bargain price directly across from the TA Travel plaza. Quiet room, except for the truck traffic, which can't really be avoided since its in such close promixity to the truck stop. The room was clean and the bed was as soft as the pillows themselves. A great stay for a trucker and right off the highway for easy access.

My company keeps putting us here while we do construction and it’s the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t emphasize enough how bad it is. I pull my sheets back and there were large amounts of hair, dirt, and even food. Most rooms that I’ve stayed in haven’t had a microwave or frig usually not both at the same time. The showers/tubs are pretty gross and molded too... bring shower shoes. Even their sign off the interstate is about to come crashing down as it’s leaning at over a 45 degree angle. I’ve had enough and am going to sleep in my truck. You’ve been warned.

The room is clean & updated!!! The staff is friendly!!! For the price you can’t beat it. You can walk across the street to the T/A Truck Stop which has there sit down restaurant plus Pizza Hut & Taco Bell. Subway is on the same side as the hotel. Will stay here again next time I’m through!

We had a previous not so good experience with a Relax Inn and I thought twice before stopping at this one. I went in to see if they had a room and they did and it was on the first floor and it was priced right. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We both slept so good and the price was extremely good for this guy.

Beds were comfortable and everything looked clean. Dated furniture. Wifi a little slow but did connect. Free breakfast waffles, cereal, bread, muffins just not as big as some hotels but I was surprised that they offered it as a lot of smaller motels don’t.
