Newer hotel, very clean. Comfortable beds. Duvet covers on bed, looked & smelled clean. Bathroom clean and also looked newer. Fresh coffee in lobby when arrived and when checked out early am. Hotel has breakfast but early checkout Before 6am) so missed that. Some construction on corner near hotel. And parking lot tight, but can get a truck in there
The staff was very nice, the room was okay, just getting a bit old. Breakfast was an adventure but they are doing their best during COVID. It is hard to get to, or at least not really simple to get there from the highway.
The breakfast was not very good. The oatmeal was cold and the choices were limited.

Let me begin by saying we have NEVER asked for a free night anywhere! We travel a lot and have experienced bad hotels. We could have stayed in a cheaper hotel. We chose this hotel because it was a Hampton. We like the Hampton comfortable beds and standards. We had been driving 17 hours in 2 days. We wanted a good nights sleep. The beds were hard. No pillow top or bed topper. My husband and I BOTH got up the next morning with horrible backaches barely able to walk. The breakfast was inedible. My husband will eat almost anything, and he refused to eat the brown dryed out gravy. It must have been sitting there since 6 am(it was 9 am). We went to out to eat. We did not feel this way before we slept in these beds. The air conditioner rattled off and on all night. We did not sleep well at all. The owner asked about my stay while I was looking at the breakfast and I told him. He said "i am sorry about that." But he did nothing to compensate us. Hampton has a satisfaction guaranteed standard. HE should have compensated us with a free night. He did not. My husband went to the front desk to check out and THEY did give us a free night. The owner should have made it fight not his employee. They did the right thing by giving us a free night, but these issues need to be addressed. Not Hampton standards at this hotel. The hotel was clean. That is my positive comment.
Very accomodating front desk staff and attendants. Room was very nice and spacious, bedding was nice, cable and internet worked well. I felt the daily price was at high end compared to other hotels nearby, The breakfast was great and early, which helps for a 6 am out the door.

I was in town for business. The hotel was perfect. The entire facility was very clean, warm and well attended. The staff was attentive with quick check-in/check-out. An item was left in the room and they were quick to secure the article and have it ready at the front desk upon our return for the item. I would highly recommend this facility.
Upon checkout, the clerk on duty was unable to tell if my room was billed to [...],my credit card or directly to the company I work for, also they were uanble to tell me what my room rate was. I'm still trying to find that out.
