Parking was fine no issues. AC worked fine. The cleanliness was my only issue. I had to clean my room it was not clean and it wasn’t cleaned my entire stay housekeepers only took the garbage I had sitting at the door with soiled towels and remade the beds. I stayed for 5 days! Since a refund was not an option we just stayed and dealt with it.

Our room has black mold growing on the bathroom door frame and it looks like the bathroom floor hasn’t been swept in several stays. Hotel looks clean. Pool had visible dirt in piles on the bottom. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and very helpful!

There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door, I took a picture and showed the front desk person, she wasn’t the friendliest. I didn’t want to be charged for something that was already there. The front desk person told me they already know and I won’t be charged. I didn’t get a receipt when I checked out, that front desk person said I would get a receipt from Expedia and I still don’t have a receipt. The breakfast was usual for a hotel. I wanted to tip the attendant but I didn’t see where to leave it. I really liked the glass shower doors in the bathroom. It helped with not getting the floor wet when you took a shower. The beds weren’t that comfortable and they fold the pillows to make them smaller and if you don’t realize that, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We stayed one night and we would stay again if we had too.
