Cozy retreat with two master bedrooms & king beds

Enjoy a newly remodeled house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms feature comfortable memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains to help you rest for the next day's adventures. House features a huge backyard, perfect for families to relax and make new memories.
It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, minutes away from prime shopping locations and great restaurants. A short drive away from Calabasas, Malibu, and Santa Monica.

The Space:

Newly remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a spacious kitchen and beautiful private backyard. Features brand new furniture, mattresses, and appliances. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, reverse osmosis water filtration system, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and much more. You will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note:

Absolutely no parties are allowed. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-9 am. House rules must be followed, we don’t tolerate any violations and all violations will be fined.

Unauthorized people are not allowed on the property.

We have a gardener who comes every Friday to maintain the lawn and the outside of the property. He has his key to the back yard so please don’t be alarmed when you see him working there.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.

Comfortable stay for our trip to LA

We had an enjoyable stay in this West Hills property. It was conveniently located for our trip to Venice / Santa Monica / Hollywood as well as to Universal Studios Hollywood. The property was well appointed and each of our guests found their beds comfortable. The backyard was the highlight of the property, making us wish we had allowed for more time to enjoy relaxing there. Furthermore, the neighborhood was pleasant, quiet, and had a friendly vibe.The owner was in regular communication with me, and he made the entire process of check-in/out quick and easy. 10/10, would stay here again.

Great home for a family

I stayed at the property with my husband, kids (6 years and 3 years), and in laws. There was ample space for everyone! The kids loved running around in the large backyard. There were grocery stores, restaurants, and playgrounds nearby. Erik was a great host - communicative and easy to work with.

Perfect stay!

This VRBO was perfect. Home was very clean with everything you need to feel at home. Host communicated promptly and made us feel comfortable if we did need anything. Property is in a very nice neighborhood with Topanga mall and restaurants near by. We were able to go to Universal Studios without being far. Beach isn't far as well! I was really impressed with this property. I have stayed at many vrbos. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay

Having a big group traveling, with 2 seniors and 2 kids as well, it was important for us to find a spacious and clean place in a safe and accessible neighborhood. The house was just what we needed. :) the rooms were neat and roomy. The backyard was also spacious. Thank you Erik! Will stay again if we come back. :)
