Great stay all around! Perfectly convenient location to explore the CBD or grab a bus to points further afield. Our room was comfy & clean, with plenty of windows for natural light, but equipped with curtains to have a peaceful rest. The Innkeeper, John, is a pleasure & a delight. He provides lovely hospitality including a very friendly breakfast service, which included such a variety, something for every taste. We will stay here again.

Met by host John who was very friendly & helpful. Gave me a map with directions for short 10mins walk to town. Room was tidy, bathroom fresh & clean, bed soft & warm. Good value, handy 10min Uber to airport in morning.

The room itself was nice, comfortable, and cozy. Parking and other amenities were also satisfactory, which we appreciated. However, my overall experience was spoiled by the manager’s behavior. In the 3–4 interactions I had with him, I found his language and tone to be unnecessarily rude. What upset me the most was seeing him shout at my elderly parents during breakfast for no reason. It was disappointing to notice a clear difference in the politeness and level of service extended to us compared to other guests around. While the facilities were fine, the lack of respect and courtesy from management left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, because of this, we won’t be returning here again.

Great for a short stay

Welcome was great. Very caring. Bed was comfortable and shower great. It’s simple but good for a short stay. My room was to the front and street light made it feel like it never was dark. And could do we a bit better cleaning, specially the fridge.
