Did not eat in Hotel. Parking is awkward, not many places in hotel parking which is $30. We were lucky and got a spot. Reception on 7th floor so bit hard to find. Room very nice with harbour view. Good shower and facilities. Close to inter islander ferry terminal ( about 15 min drive) near restaurants and cafes. All clean & good quality in room.

Water temp in shower was all over. Hotel is advertised as ocean front but you have to walk multiple blocks up a steep hill and/or stairs to get to it. The toilets do not flush properly. Room was dated. Housekeeping did not clean the room until late in the afternoon and therefore missed my room. Subpar experience considering the price.

Cons : I previously enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which made this visit quite disappointing. Half of the building was closed, and this was only communicated after the booking was confirmed. Additionally, the room did not have air conditioning, which is unexpected for a hotel of this standard. The condition of the carpet and shower also gave the room an outdated and worn impression. Pros : Service and location is good
