The staff, rooms, and price are superb! Ive been travelling for 28 years! Wonderful for the night!
I had to go and buy Febreze because the room smelled so bad. Computer desk chair ripped down to stuffing top and bottom. Talked to front desk about moving to another room and was just told no.
is very dusty, all things dusty this hotel is very hungry
Pretty much an old cheaply maintained “roach” motel. Looks like only nice place to stay around here is the cobblestone hotel which is right next door. Wish I knew about the cobblestone before I booked this place.
Staff was friendly, towels had stains and toilet and bathtub leaked.
Nice place to stay and priced right. A real value with no issue.
The hotel is as clean and comfortable as any four star hotel I have stayed. I strongly recommend it.
I was a fine hotel for travel bussness people not a good breakfast staff spoke broken speach but the room was fine bed was soft Internet was ok
It was a horrible experience. I should have had a non-smoking room, but they only had a smoking room. Woke up in the AM and there was no electricity in my room. Staff unable to turn it on. Had to change rooms just to shower. Very inconvenient
The place smelled, things were broken, and there was only toast for breakfast. I think the whole experince made me itchy.
The hotel we usually stay at was full, so we had no choice this trip. With our discount bucks, we had a good deal. The room was clean but very basic. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Staff was friendly.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
The check-in was slow and guy didn't know the answers to our questions. The room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy. Good location. Price great!
Just fine, it was a place to sleep. Message complete.
Had to visit Wayne. Hopefully if that happens again, it will not require an overnight stay. The check-in was odd, at best. They were insistent on needing the car's license plate number, which was kind of creepy. I mean, if I gave them the wrong number by one digit, would my car get towed in the middle of the night? The actual staff were fine. The management was unpleasant. We needed a favor of some copies and were willing to pay for it. The management refused, which was incredibly inconveniencing. The room was a non-smoking room, but it stank of air freshener like they were trying to cover a smokey smell. Yuck. Never again.
We booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed. When we got to our room, we found a smoking room with a queen bed and rickety recliner. When I explained that we'd booked a different room, we were told "yeah, you must have booked online. We don't have anymore non-smoking rooms." So, we opened the window (mid-December) and cranked the heat. The floor was softer than the bed, and I felt like I was going to fall out of the recliner when I tried that. At about 6 AM, we were both so uncomfortable and stuffed up from the bed & smoke that we packed up and headed home. As we were leaving, we saw that a new hotel is being built next door. We'll be staying there next time! The only positive I found was the staff, who, for the most part were friendly and helpful.
There were stains in the carpet, the donuts were hard as rock and the heat did not work very well. It would not kick on when we were freezing in the room. I liked the location, close to the college campus.
