It’s alright

I liked the overall appearance of the hotel room, inside decor & outside areas. The staff was very friendly & accomodating. I didn't like that the room did not have a bathtub or microwave and there was a charge for Wifi. The hotel Starbucks was not open. Regular drinks were available for purchase in the Starbucks cooler but no coffee options. The restaurant was pricy and was the only option for hotel dining. Without a room microwave, there was no option of heating up leftover portions. On a Monday morning, initially the hotel shuttle was not available. However the staff did make arrangements upon request. Also, the lotion & shower gel was a strong unpleasant scented eucalyptus. Upon request, there were no alternative options. The shampoo scent was not as strong so I ended up using shampoo as body wash but had to pay $3 for a small lotion.

I like that it was pet friendly. I did not like that my room stayed anywhere from 75-77 during my March trip. According to maintenance and the front desk, “another cold snap was expected so the best we can do is give you a fan and have you open the windows.” I didn’t get any maid service during my trip, not once. I’m assuming that’s because of my dog but I had her either with me or kenneled, so when I wasn’t there she wasn’t either. There was no breakfast of any kind, unless I wanted to pay for the restaurant food located next door. Also charged $10 a day for wifi. Would not return.

Great place with newly renovated room. The food was great.

Classy, beautiful, tasteful, clean, and everything else you look for in a hotel stay. No concerns. Check in was a breeze and the venue was very well maintained.

The hotel was under construction so we were not able to use the pool or see some areas. Room was great, big and spacious. Very nice. Will return to get full experience.

At some point this may become a nice hotel once they initiate renovation of the rooms. The lobby is nice now, but it is construction zone, pool is closed, the rooms are old and need updating, a bit pricey for what you get at the moment.

I enjoyed my stay at the Marina and the food at Kahil's restaurant was divine! I wish they did not flip the switch for winter heating so soon as the room was always too warm and there was no airconditioning available. The rooms temperature was my only complaint everything else was wonderful! The location supreme! I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town!

Went to battling pianos show it was good they also had Prime rib and crab legs That went along with the show in a buffet good food staff is Nice they have indoor pool with the hot tub and pool goes to 5 feet could go a little deeper but still had a great Riverview. Overall good stay

I have family in So. Sioux City, so I am in the area often. This is a convenient hotel that is very nice. The onsite restaurant is fantastic. I've stayed in several of the suites, and while expensive for the location, were wonderful to stay in. Separate living room with an expansive bedroom and a whirlpool tub for two in the bathroom. Regular rooms are nice. At least the ones I have stayed in recently have had the bathrooms remodeled/updated. They are nice.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in with my family. We had been on the road for most of the day, so it was quite comfortable. My kids and their cousins swam in the pool until it was time to close. My only complaint was the restaurant. It was expensive, there was no seating, and we weren't properly dressed for the environment.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Only part that I didn't appreciate was the construction noise at 8am.

Very Good Experience

While the riverview rooms are quite elegant looking, the rooms facing the parking lot are small and not as nice. Wish that the rooms would be comparable. For the price, I don't think you get what you see on their website.
