This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during two weeks of traveling! Very accommodating when we asked to be moved to the first floor as there was no elevator. The clerk got right on it and found us a room while doing this with a smile on her face. Thanks new Victorian inn Norfolk NE

Great place to stay! The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. So many options. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well.

Amazing Place - Would Absolutely Stay Here Again!

Our experience with this hotel was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk has someone there 24/7. We had booked our room months before our stay. We arrived extremely late (like 2am) & they were at full capacity (which is probably why we were upgraded to a suite). The room we stayed in was amazing! It was clean, the microwave & mini-fridge were pretty large (& fridge had a freezer section), the bed, sheets & pillows were really comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, shower was great & the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus as well! We had 2 TVs that were huge. I don’t know what the room normally costs, but it’s probably well worth it (as the other rooms are very reasonable). There were plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, had decent hours (5-10am) & included waffle & pancake makers, fruit, yogurt, granola bars, cereal, juice, milk, etc. There was no coffee maker in the room but they do have coffee in the common area. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. This felt like a safe & secure place, not only because of the locks on the room doors but for the locks on the outside doors of the hotel as well. There honestly isn’t a negative thing I can say. All of the staff were great & we even were allowed a bit of a late check out. Without a doubt, we would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Smelled like marijuana

The lower hall and the room there smelled so bad like marijuana. My daughter is pregnant and I am scared that she even slept in that all night. Our room smelled fine when we got there but smelled like smoke when we came back. We were charged a fee for early check in which I also didn't appreciate. The outside of the building had a horrible odor also.
