Super8 is right place in this location.New owner good manage me every time here coming with my family and morning breakfast fast food good.Frontdesk staff all ways are clean ,quite comfortable and well equipped.we again amazed by the breakfast! Very complate selection and good .you know everything can be great really beautiful proparty. My Think me Rightly decided.

smaller continental breakfast spread of any super 8 we have stayed. Staff efficient but not very friendly. Garbage out side not picked up and did not mow behind motel. We have stayed at this location many times and just felt it was no longer looked after.

We arrived on a Tuesday and on Wednesday, awoke to find ants in our clothes. Reported it to the front desk. On Thursday awoke to find ants on our clothes again. Again reported it to the family not desk. Friday night the ants decided to join us in bed. Reported it a third time and when we came back to the room on Saturday evening we could smell that some kind of bug spray had been applied and no more ants. We checked out on Monday. Very disappointed the hotel never offered us a different room, or any compensation for ant infestation in our room. Had there been any other choice of motels/hotels in town I would have checked out.

We just needed a place to stop and stay--nothing fancy and met all our requirements. The breakfast wasn't worth staying for--sometimes it might be better to skip this amenity all together! Staff were friendly and there's a terrific restaurant just down the street.

I had been driving a long time before finally arriving at the Super 8. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was for the late hour as well as how CLEAN the entire room was!!!!! My dog and I had a wonderful stay and I've recommended this particular location to many people. I've stayed at other Super 8's and would never go back to them again. This one, I plan to visit again!!!!!

The heater in our room (208) was fine until 3:30 in the morning, when it kicked on and sounded like an air compressor - extremely loud! We called the front desk in the morning and moved across the hall to another room (209). The heat was still noisy, but better than 208. Some of my family members were also staying there (although we didn't know it at the time). They were originally in 209 and moved because of the noisy heater (and then we moved into 209). They moved down to 213, and the heater in that room didn't work at all! So the hotel knew the heat in 209 wasn't working properly because my relatives complained, but they moved me into that room anyway. The hotel used to be nice, but it is getting really rundown. They need to but some money into it to spruce it up. When we voiced our complaints, they called the manager and they said they would give us a discount on our second night. Haven't looked at my credit card statement yet to see if this happened.

This hotel is basically the only option in Watseka. We have to move rooms because the heating unit was as loud as a train. But the second room's heating unit didn't work at all. The best way to put it is we endured the night.

Watseka was very clean, staff was very friendly, quiet rooms, excellent breakfast Would recommend. Would like to add that we have stayed at Hope Arkansas for at least the last 8 years on our way south and our way home. This is probably one of the best we have made a rest stop. We have recommended Hope Arkansas to several of our friends and they also have taken to spending a night at this particular motel on their way down and home as well.

We stayed just one night but wanted a good night's sleep. We always ask for the top floor away from stairs or elevators. We received everything we asked for on this trip. There is no elevator but the owner offered to help us with our bags. A very nice gesture. The doors do not close extra loud like so many hotel doors these days. Breakfast is basic but the price is right! Granted a lot of people were not in the hotel on this Saturday night but I would stay again!

Nice clean room. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Only thing lacking was breakfast..bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, ? I don't remember if they had offered waffles, juice but the rolls that were offered were prepackaged and so hard and stale. Great customer service, great stay, only thing lacking was the breakfast. Great place to eat half block away was the Family Kitchen Table. Awesome food.
