This beautiful home is located just 3 blocks from the boardwalk and in the heart of the ViBe district. Perfect for a weeklong getaway for a group of six adults or fewer (children under 16 not included in guest maximum - with children under 16, the max is 9). This is a beautiful 3-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large open living floor plan.

This home is within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, art galleries and retail. Close to everything the oceanfront has to offer yet still far enough to be able to unwind and relax.

First Floor: Private bedroom with comfortable queen bed, Smart TV, full bathroom (with tub/shower), and kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker (coffee provided) and microwave.

Second Floor: Open floor plan with a bright and modern kitchen, stainless appliances, gas stove, large kitchen island, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchen aid mixer, toaster, and access to the front balcony; dining area which seats 6 with 3 seats at the adjacent island to accommodated 9 people; living area with ample room to stretch out and relax on the large sectional couch, ottoman, and leather chair, 60 inch Smart TV, gas fireplace (available in the winter months only), and 1/2 bath

Third Floor: Primary suite with sitting area, comfortable king bed, Smart TV, armoire for hanging clothes, and large primary bathroom with giant walk-in tile surround shower with 2 shower heads (rainfall), private toilet room, and double vanity; third bedroom with comfortable queen bed, Smart TV, and office area including desk, chair, and printer, 2nd monitor, full bathroom (with tub/shower), and laundry room with washer and dryer.

We provide everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach: linens and towels, paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges and cloths, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee provided (with creamer and sweetener), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

The kitchen in this home if fully stocked for cooking family meals during your stay including pots and pans, baking dishes, baking sheets, utensils, dishware and glass ware, steak and chef knives, measuring spoons and cups, mixing bowls, serving trays, basically anything a chef would need :)

Beach amenities provided: beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cart, 4 adult size beach cruisers and helmets (must sign liability waiver prior to using the bikes).

HOUSE RULES: You must agree to and follow the house rules. No parties or events are allowed. Maximum of 6 adults are allowed on the property. No unauthorized guests are allowed - if you violate this rule you will be asked to leave and your reservation will be cancelled without refund. These are strict guidelines set by the City of Virginia Beach and we must enforce them. No smoking.

We do love all animals, however we are highly allergic to all pet dander; therefore we must adhere to a strict NO PET POLICY.

Please note: This is our personal home, and we do have 3 locked owners closets within the space (the master bedroom closet, linen closet, and pantry are locked) and there are 3 kitchen cabinets which also remain locked with our personal items inside. We ask that you please respect our private space and do not attempt to open these areas. There is plenty of space within the home to accommodate your belongings for the week.
