Overall, the hotel was very good. The location was close to the beach; building was clean; rooms were nice. The biggest issue was noise. We were on the side of the building away from the beach and multiple times a night you hear sirens. In addition, the military aircraft is extremely loud and flies overhead multiple times during both day and night.

Not clean and smells so badly and we asking for another room he said sold out on week day ,so he said I can get a full refund from Orbitz nothing he can’t do for me ,I don’t hear from nobody yet , I still waiting to hear from them,but I can tell you I never go to that hotels again

First time at Virginia Beach

The check in check out process was quick and the front desk clerks were very friendly.Hotel has a very light and refreshing smell and the staff keep everything clean and stocked up! My only complaint is about the choice of breakfast meats, instead of just pork sausage turkey would’ve been awesome . Even still I would definitely stay here again 😉

The facilities are very comfortable Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast a little sparse but adequate. Good attention to environment. Glass cups in btrm, soap in dispenser, low flush toilet.

Nice place

Room was nice and clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Smelled good throughout hotel. Only complaint they were stingy with extra towels and linens for the pull out couch, tried to get extra towels because floor got wet when son took a shower, man at front desk states he just gave us more towels, which he didn't, and pull out bed had no linens, went to front desk to get some, and she handed me a thin little blanket no sheets or anything else we took the top sheets off the other beds and used those We only stayed one night, so it was fine, House keeping was nice and gave us the extra towel in the morning with no hesitation when we asked. We would stay there again! Great access to the beach and the strip.

Rooms were outdated ..hallways dark. The carpeting very old and needed replacing. One elevator which was slow.but good location, close to everything..ok for a night or two
