Welcome to Shoot The Breeze, a charming, three-level condo-style home located just a
half block from the beach access in Virginia Beach, north of the Boardwalk. The best
part? There are no roads to cross to reach the beach, making it even easier to enjoy the
sand and surf. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat is the ideal spot for your next
family vacation. Plus, with the new Ocean Breeze Waterpark opening in summer 2025
just 6.5 miles away, you will have access to even more exciting coastal fun.
The first floor of the home features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The second
level is where the main living area awaits, with a deck, fully equipped kitchen (with
seating for 8), and a dining area (seating 8). You'll also find an additional bathroom with
a shower and a separate half-bathroom on this level. On the third level, enjoy a private
bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to another deck, perfect for watching
beautiful sunsets.
For added convenience, the property includes reserved parking, additional off-street
parking, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and TVs in every room. There is also an
exterior storage room and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or
water park.
Shoot The Breeze is the perfect vacation home, offering a great balance of beach
access, relaxation, and family-friendly amenities in a prime location.
