Hotel needs renovating. Small, cramped parking lot. Not worth the cost. Early check-in price too high. Bathroom needs serious updating. Toilet flushed but refilled slow and had to jiggle handle or take top off tank and 5ap mechanism to get water to start filling wirh water. The beds were clean and no bed bugs

It’s a beach front motel with no amenities besides an ocean view. The room I had definitely needed some renovation done to the bathroom. My stay was cool until check out which I thought was 12pm, no it’s 11am sharp. Also if you’re not out the room they try to barge in and put you out, or stand by the door and knock and yell uncontrollably. The first time I stayed here was last year and it was a better experience. This place is basically a low budget motel 6 with a beach front view for $200 a night

I drove almost two hours after I got off work saturday night just to get away for one night. Came to check into a room that had a busted air conditioner and a water leak from the a/c vent, they tried to put me in a another room with another water leak just because the a/c was working in that room, I requested to speak to a manager so they end up sending me another property that was 5 minutes down the street Ocean 24 I guess their partner property. They put me in a room with double beds and way smaller than what I paid for, and I had to walk almost two blocks for parking because they didnt have a parking lot on that property. Horrible experiance, this was my first time going throught this mess.

Bed was super comfy. Everything else was SUPER cheap. Like almost comical. Not super clean. Very dated. Bugs in bathroom. Toilet clogged on our last morning. Had to chase down a plunger. Balcony chairs were white plastic crap. Ice machine out of order. Bathtub leaked and dripped constantly. AC was noisy.

Could’ve been better

The people at the front desk were very friendly but the hotel wasn’t really clean. We came with more than one vehicle but we only got one parking pass per room. For over $400 we should’ve had more. Instead my son had to pay $100 for parking. The beds were not clean, the hallway rugs were dirty, there was mold on the shower curtain and curtains in the room, the plugs didn’t work properly and the tub was dirty and dripped constantly.

The staff is good. Facilities maintenance should go room by room fixing the obvious. Cleaning service should vacuum the carpets & sweep the balcony. Please fix the pool outdoor shower.

Our stay was very disappointing. My husband was bitten by bed bugs, and there was visible mold above the air vents, in the shower, and even on the shower curtains. The sink was falling apart as well. For $180 a night, we expected much better conditions. It’s frustrating to see that the owner isn’t investing in necessary upgrades and seems more focused on profit than on providing a safe, clean environment for guests.

You get what you pay for. Unfortunately I got a room where the shower curtains was stained terribly. It was so discolored at the bottom of the curtain I had to shower with the curtain open. The bed sheets were dirty. The vents where the air blows were filthy as if they have never wiped them before. I never received cleaning services for my room. Please bring your own cleaning supplies as I normally do when staying at any hotel because clearly from this stay, cleaning is not their priority. Just pay the extra $200-$300 to stay elsewhere. I’ve learned my lesson. Never ever again.
