Relaxation and comfort will welcome you to this beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment. The apartment is professionally designed for our guests. The location is incredible, numerous unique bars and restaurants all within walking distance, and the beach is an 8 minute walk!

The Space:
Transcendent Stays is a locally driven group based in Virginia Beach with a team on the ground to provide an elevated experience for all our guests. Our goal is to build life-long guest relationships in the short-term rental space. Our stays are clean, fresh, and well-designed with up-to-date features and finishes to bring hotel cleanliness and consistency into the realm of practical and memorable. We have created a space for you to escape the daily routine and enter a world of possibilities making your stay personal, comfortable, and effortless.

Other Things to Note:
Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Our stay was great. The place was great. The only thing I would change would be on first floor because of our age. Would like clean towels and wash cloths each day. Location was great.

Good price for the location

The unit was clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels, great kitchen to make meals if you wanted. It’s an older upstairs apartment that is decorated nicely. The bed is VERY comfortable. We used the standing fan in the bedroom, the ceiling fan makes a knocking sound that would wake me in the night. The shower takes a while to warm up. Overall, you are paying for the great location and proximity to the beach. Served our purpose perfectly. Will be a repeat customer.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway. It is located in a convenient location, close to the beach and many great restaurants. It was the perfect size for the two of us. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to VA beach!

We had a great stay. We thought the location was nice, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. One thing we overlooked while looking at so many potential properties was that this unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. Over all the property was clean and as pictured. I think a few things could be added to make this property feel more “like home” but all-in-all we had a great trip and we would recommend this property.
