This place is falling apart and the management will seek revenge if you give a bad rating which I had happen to me personally but I believe in karma I was a good paying guest staying weeks at a time and they tried to charge me $50 for a towel that I used to clean up a coke spill because a roach was in my cup and I threw the cup unbelievable !! glad to be away from that filthy place and the vindictive lady manager

The space was more than adequate in size. Great hot water. The beds were comfortable. Everything seemed quite clean; however vacuuming might be done with much greater frequency. The air was pretty dusty. I had a runny nose the whole time I was there. Some updates might be done with regard to dishes and utensils. There was no means to clean dishes as there was no dish rag or towels of with the cloth or paper variety. I tried calling the site twice today and no means to leave a message. The price was good and the location is excellent. In balance I would stay at this location again.

The room condition was ok, the dishwasher was nasty, the microwave was dirty I was afraid to o use it. I wish there was were firewood available for the fireplace, would have been a nice addition to the room. Internet was a bit complicated and the phones don’t work. What’s up with that?

The front desk attendant was awesome he was joking but professional he was explaining that they ran out of special envelopes for the door keys and he said promise we're not ghetto I promise we just ran out LOL I had a good time
These seem like they were apartments at one time and now we're just really big hotel rooms

This is my home away from home, but this was not a good stay. I was put into a terrible room. The door was really hard to open. I had to keep going to the office for a key. I didn’t like push the door in because it was just so hard to sit and open. I actually got locked in the bathroom because that door was messed up, and I tried to cook myself some baked potatoes in the oven and thought I was gonna set the place on fire. The oven was smoking so badly that I was told the fire department was called so yeah this was not my best stay here but I do love this place and I will continue to stay here and just get another room

The reception staff were attentive. The breakfast was always replenished and the area was clean. The only issue was that the kitchen utensils were missing in the room, and the food disposer was leaking water when used. Otherwise, I had a great stay with my family! The area is truly wonderful, close to Walmart and great shopping malls.
