the property is not maintained well. the room was dirty. overall very disappointing experience.
1. people partied in the gazebo area till midnight ! I complained to front desk but no action was taken to curtail it. night shift front desk person told me that they did not have any limits to the time for partying. he told me to go and talk to the people directly if I was getting disturbed 2. I requested room cleaning at front desk. they said they will get it done. it was not done by the time I returned in the evening. when I asked why, a different front desk person said that cleaning happens once in 3 day and hence it was not done 3. too many front desk people to get a consistent answer Otherwise property was ok overall.

Was a great price (compared to surrounding hotels in Tyson's corner) for a clean safe place to stay. Old building, but it was absolutely fine, such a convenient location, good enough breakfast, really good value better than I expected from the price.

Great location a block from the metro. Strong hot shower, hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and more, easy check in and out, helpful staff, wifi. Simple and affordable; no luxury but everything you need.
Everything you need for a DC visit. The Metro is one block away, and goes directly into the city center. Easy check in and out. Shower was hot and water pressure excellent even on the third floor. There's a good hot breakfast as well. I'll stay here again!
You get what you pay for - and this location felt incredibly unsafe and not secure. The room felt old and unclean. We could see the layers of grime and oil on every surface. We stayed an hour and then left. It was not worth spending all night worrying about safety and sanitary concerns.
