The door to my room was broken..like someone tried to break in. The carpet was not clean and the tube had mold.

I had a reservation for 12 nights. I checked out after the first night. No coffee, they lock up the dishes and the coffee pot, towels paper thin. I stayed at ESA in Aurora, CO weekly for a year a little over 10 years ago. Loved it. Was not expecting a place like this. Never again.
The room was filthy. to say that I was disappointed would be such a disappointment. It was in an excellent location, but nothing could make-up for the condition of the facility.

The room smelled terrible. I should have asked for another room. Also when they say free "Breakfast" they mean coffee and a muffin or granola bar. Overall, not very happy with my stay.

Upgraded for free because they ran out of single, queen bed rooms. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
