I liked this hotel had 2 queen beds and a clean microwave in the room. These features alone made it a good stay.

Enjoyed having a clean microwave in the room. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was quite good. I was very surprised that housekeeping tried to open my door at 9am, especially since I had only checked in about 4 hours earlier that day. I learned my lesson and made sure I placed the don’t disturb sign on my door.

The pictures not description showed the entrance to the room being from the outside. I was shocked and not thrilled to stay in a motel and not a hotel.

Towels and bed sheets has other people‘s hair. Looks like not many people book this hotel, service was fine, but property is too old with this price. The only good thing is the breakfast, not worth the price.

From the time I checked in to the time we left, this hotel went above and beyond what I expected. They took the time to make sure that our stay was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Room was damp and AC did not work properly. A low faint alarm was going off for two days; it sounded to be in near the stairwell. in-room fridge was off and leaked when it was on. TV never worked. staff offered to fix it at 1am, but i deferred to next day. they never followed up. Desk staff was friendly.

The pictures hide the fact that each room is open to the outside like a motel, and you have to walk through odd, dark outside hallways to find your room in the absolute maze that makes up this property. There were two times that I came back late at night and honestly felt unsafe navigating those dark hallways to my room, what with the partiers that were drunk hanging out there. There is no elevator, so good luck if you have a ton of luggage and are staying on the top floor. (There are only 3, but again, it's a maze to find your room through the weird outdoor hallways) Having the room open directly to the outside meant that it was loud - I heard all the cars going by all night and the bug chirping so loud it was like I had a window open. I stayed in August so the humidity was OFF the charts because the door opened directly to the outside, even with the air running full blast. Everything in my room was old and dated, seemed clean, but a little sketchy. My TV remote turned the TV on but wouldn't control channel or volume. The light by my bed flickered off anytime I plugged my phone charger in and I kept having to jiggle it. And the alarm clock didn't work - not a huge deal but just one more thing in that room that was janky. Bed was comfortable enough but overall this hotel was way overpriced for what it was - a 2-star roadside motel. I'm annoyed that the pictures made it look so much nicer (the lobby is the nicest part).

This hotel looked pretty nice in pictures but was totally dated and bare bones in actuality. For starters, the staff doesn’t seem to care at all—we waited for 10 minutes at check in to receive our room keys while the woman at the front desk called Orbitz about some payment issue that was not our fault. She didn’t even bother to explain what was going on but claimed that we couldn’t go to our room until it was straightened out. Nobody asked how my stay was when I checked out. Also, there are NO amenities. The “included” breakfast was old coffee, fruit cups in syrup (you know, from school cafeteria lunches) and some sad little burritos that didn’t say what was in them. Also, breakfast was taken away about 30 mins before it said breakfast ended on the literature. The pool and gym were closed the whole time (3 nights) and the vending machines were empty. Finally, the room was not cleaned during our stay. I did feel a bit sad for the staff as they seemed like they were down a few people, but this place is just sad.

This is a bad hotel to stay. The rooms were not cleaned , old and smelly room, the pool was closed and breakfast was coffee and juice. If lucky you get a banana with a granola bar. The excuse that I received was the “pandemic”. After all they got my money and that’s all they care. Don’t stay there it is like a Motel not a Hotel.

Good size room and clean. Easy access to main roads and hwy.

Couldn’t get to coffee maker.. bad on top of microwave. Dark corner.. couldn’t see ! Need to fix door lock on room 247..handle bad. Very good breakfast.. staff so helpful Would definitely stay sgain

Rooms were recently renovated. Bathrooms very nicely done. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem was toilet paper holder was hitting you when you sat on the bowl.

Nice place. Good location. Good breakfast. Very clean.
