Good location
Everything was nice except having to pay for parking. The garage is exclusive for guest who are already paying to stay there. Disappointed.
Easy access to the train.
Since this hotel was part of the Marriot family, I didn’t hesitate to reserve a one-night stay on Saturday 8/14, but my experience there wasn’t nothing that I could have imagined. The room that I was initially assigned was RM 201 and it had a toilet that leaked every time you flushed. The front desk clerk, Brieanne, was very nice and quick in providing me another RM (218), but the room smelled like someone with terrible BO had previously occupied the room. Again, Brieanne swiftly assisted me in finding another room (317). This room was clean and had a normal smell, but the sink leaked and the toilet had very poor pressure when flushed. At this point, I didn’t want to bug Brieanne any more since these issues weren’t horrible. In conclusion, I would not recommend or stay at the Springfield Suites Marriot.
The rooms were very beautiful and cleaned. No issues when it comes to the rooms but the pool was closed during my stay. Breakfast was not what they advertised.
The room was comfortable
I don't like the breakfast. It's very poor everything was sweeter
Enjoyed the property, but disagree with the fact that it advertised free parking but all spots were filled (very limited amount of spots) so i had to pay to patk in their parking garage.
Functional space for bed, kitchen and working area
Easy to find updated facilities and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy check in and check out.
Great value for the money. Close to D.C. without being too close!
It was my first stay in here, Everything was perfect
Everything was clean. Staff was courteous, helpful, professional, efficient. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Was told pool was dirty... while being occupied by other guests.Messsge was from staff
Everything was great. I am still wandering about a $30.00 charge that makes no sense to me since I paid in full and I was told I was good to go.
