First time staying at this hotel. The room was very spacious. And my kids loved the indoor pool. Will definitely stay again!
Very easy to fin and close to dining options and a shopping mall.
Great place to stay with family. The woman who fixed breakfast was wonderful - very helpful and had a great attitude!
The extra cost for parking is dumb for a hotel like this in the suburbs. There is no mass transit and you aren’t walking there from anywhere. The elevators take 5 minutes after you call one. The elevators alone are reason enough not to use this hotel. They service the room once every 7 days, so if you aren’t staying there more than a week, your room will not get service. Get real.
Clean. Quiet. Comfortable.
Friendly staff and very helpful great rooms
Very nice services

Good location
Everything was nice except having to pay for parking. The garage is exclusive for guest who are already paying to stay there. Disappointed.
Easy access to the train.
Since this hotel was part of the Marriot family, I didn’t hesitate to reserve a one-night stay on Saturday 8/14, but my experience there wasn’t nothing that I could have imagined. The room that I was initially assigned was RM 201 and it had a toilet that leaked every time you flushed. The front desk clerk, Brieanne, was very nice and quick in providing me another RM (218), but the room smelled like someone with terrible BO had previously occupied the room. Again, Brieanne swiftly assisted me in finding another room (317). This room was clean and had a normal smell, but the sink leaked and the toilet had very poor pressure when flushed. At this point, I didn’t want to bug Brieanne any more since these issues weren’t horrible. In conclusion, I would not recommend or stay at the Springfield Suites Marriot.
The rooms were very beautiful and cleaned. No issues when it comes to the rooms but the pool was closed during my stay. Breakfast was not what they advertised.
The room was comfortable
