We arrived early and hoped for an early check in. We were told to wait. We waited over one hour and finally someone came. We were told the apartment won't be ready until 3p. (Check in was supposed to be at 2p) Once in, we found a run down property, in desperate need for renovation. Two twin beds put together, not comfortable. Pillows were horrible. I wouldn't recommend, I wouldn't go back. Location was the only positive for this place. Pricewise, it was not cheap, which makes it harder to accept the condition of the place.

Good location, easy to access, clear instructions. The flat is in poor condition; they have ants in it (traps are in place - PS used coffee is better). The beds and pillows are the best quality and there could be more things in the cupboard, such as salt, oil etc. Good option for a cheap price.

Location was great! About 10 min from downtown. Not clean: dusty floors and all shelves; moldy bathroom. Bedsheets where clean. Some stuff were broken and response from Property manager took around 12 hours. We asked about extended check out - never got answer for that. If you are ok to have close location to downtown and sleep in dirty room it’s ur ur perfect choice!

The placement is very good! Mattress was very comfortable! We ordered Deluxe Apartment but that wasn’t exactly deluxe: Air conditioner works only as a FAN !!! There wasn't washer in apartment as was promised by booking information

Not a place I would recommend

We had a late check in so no one was available to help It was humid and hot and there was no air conditioning or fan. Also they mention washer dryer but there is only a washer in isolated basement which is a little scary no dryer(what meant was drying rack) They promised to bring fans which never came !! They one bedroom with sofa bed has poor layout and is not comfortable We tried to switch accommodation but with a group of 14 people it was not feasible they refused to refund even if we checked out. The elevator is not for people with claustrophobia.

Close to the city centre but awful!

Really awful. The apartment was dusty, the beds were lumpy, the curtains and blinds did not keep the light out and worse of all the W.C. smelt bad and we couldn't get rid of the smell. We checked out early because we couldn't stand the place.

Nice Area, very European Appartment

Nice area, short walk to city center. Compact European Apartment. Flexible staff. Bedding and Pillows European style, but a fan was available as no thermostat visible. More directions on welcome introduction for non-European travelers on trash sorting rules, dumpster locations, etc. would be helpful.

Hidden "Fee"

The apartment was okay but we got charged for "extra persons" in our room after putting 4 persons in search criteria. Those fees should have been in the quoted price of 4 persons! Deceitful!!!
