Had a wonderful stay here for 3 days. Super location close to the beach and university, with convenient parking right in front of the property. Space was clean and comfortable and wonderfully cool during what was a scorching week in Victoria. Very comfortable beds and a nice big shower too. Great communication from Tatiana our host. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, excellent rooms, very clean and well appointed. Excellent communication with host. Easy check in. The TV room could have really used a sink and a couch. Otherwise, it was a great stay for our family of four for a week.

The place was spotless. I didn’t read the details carefully enough and went there expecting a kitchen and laundry facilities. The location is lovely, Tatiana could not have been more welcoming and helpful, the shower is great. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to sleep comfortably. There’s a small fridge and a microwave.

On entry to the basement suite, outside property was unkept. Lots of garbage and recycling containers as we walked to the door. The yard was a mess and we had no idea where the "outdoor space" might be. There was no proper kitchen, nowhere to cook a meal, no sink, no table to sit at. One bed was comfortable, the other not. The suite was ok but no comfortable chairs to watch TV. Communication was good, questions answered promptly. For the price of 649.00 for 2 nights, we were quite disappointed.

Lovely basement suite in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the water. If you don’t need a full kitchen or laundry facilities this is a perfect little spot.
